The Arts & Cultural Fund was established in 1998 to promote the arts in our service area.
Autism Education Fund and Keokee Fund
The Keokee Fund supports the education of academically gifted students. It was created in 2002 to provide more opportunities for academically gifted students in the Dan River Region. Grants are available to provide support for organizations, schools, classrooms focused on academically gifted students.
The Autism Education Fund, which was established in 2012, supports local autism education-related programs or organizations that benefit individuals, families and educators within the Dan River Region. Grants are available to provide support for educators, supplement costs of educational services and promote autism awareness.
